TEACHERS

Westminster Academy has nine faculty members. All have served Westminster Academy in some capacity for at least seven years. Most have been with us for more then fifteen years.This experience and dedication result in a well established and well-implemented curriculum, a true sense of security for families who come the school, and a loving relationship for all involved.

Support staff members aide in the classroom and on the playground in order to help our teachers focus their attention on the needs of our students.

Our teachers’ commitment to the nurturing and training of our young people goes far beyond the norm. Morning starts with faculty prayer time and a focus on Christ’s sovereign control in the classroom and the leading of God in the heart of each child.

We believe a positive Parent-Teacher relationship is critical to the child’s successful progress. Communication and understanding by the teacher and the parent are therefore at the center of this relationship.

As principal of our school for the past two decades, it has been my privilege to partner with our Board of Trustees, with our faculty and staff, and with many parents like you in the noble task of training many children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
